What can you guys powder?

Answer: We can powder steel, aluminum, brass, copper and stainless.

How do you price your powder-coat jobs?

Answer: We Price our jobs per treatment process and by square foot of the part.

CAn you two tone parts with powder-coat?

Answer: Two colors on one single part is possible, but our current setup does not allow us to do it cost effectively.

Do you have chrome like powder?

Answer: Yes, but its a stand alone color. Its more of a silver and doesn’t give an appearance of real chrome.

Is powder coat tougher then paint?

Answer: In most cases yes, powder coat is a plastic base material making it more durable then most traditional paints.

What kind of Clients do you serve?

Answer: We are a job shop, There is no job to big or small for us.

Question: What is your tank size capabilities’?

Answer: Our tank sizes are as follows:

·      Zinc rack- 102”L x 25”W x 43”D

·      Anodize- 13.5’L x 36”W x 44”D

·      Powder- 8’ x 8’ x 28’

Question: Can you anodize steel?

Answer: No, the material has to be aluminum in order to do any anodizing.

Question: What are some of the process you don’t do?

Answer:  We DO NOT do the following Processes:

·      Fabricate or Manufacture

·      Chrome Plate

·      E-Coat

·      CADIUM Plate

·      Nickel Plate

·      Polishing

Question: What is your turn around times?

Answer: Our turn around times vary from week to week, for plating it is usually 7 business days and for Powder coating it is 10 business days.
